We also make sure your will represents your intentions, gives the right powers and rights to the liquidator and sufficiently protect the interests of your loved ones. We keep forever your will and mandate (of protection for incapacity) in a room of our office especially designed to protect them from fire. We also register them with the Chambre des notaires du Québec which makes it easy for your heirs to access your will upon presentation of a proof of death. Please be aware that we do not need to know what are your assets or your health condition in order to draft your will or mandate of protection.
